For over 13 years, I’ve been doing what I love—helping people in Phoenix feel confident and comfortable in their skin. My goal is to create a space where everyone, no matter their body type, gender, or background, feels welcome and valued.At Look Better Naked Spa, you’re more than just a client to me; you’re part of a community I deeply care about. I specialize in waxing, facials, and med spa treatments, but what drives me is seeing you leave feeling more empowered than when you walked in. I’m here to listen, care, and ensure every visit leaves you looking and feeling your best.

Registered Nurse
With over five decades of experience, Myrtha Casimir is a highly skilled registered nurse known for her precision, compassion, and dedication to patient care. Originally from Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, she graduated from nursing school there 51 years ago before continuing her career in the United States.
Over the years, Myrtha has worked in multiple specialties, including dialysis and ICU, but she’s best known for her unmatched IV skills. Her ability to find even the smallest veins has earned her a reputation as “the nurse everyone wants for their IV.”
Growing up and training in an environment with limited medical resources taught Myrtha to rely on intuition, adaptability, and true skill rather than technology alone. Qualities that make her an asset in any medical setting.
Married for 46 years and a proud mother of two, Myrtha is the mother of Licensed Esthetician and Look Better Naked Spa owner, Nadjege Casimir. Inspired by her daughter’s passion and success, Myrtha continues to support and contribute to the family’s legacy of healing, care, and service.

Licensed Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Dorian Richardson, ND, is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, published author, and current Medical Director for Look Better Naked Spa (LBN). With 7 years in the integrative medicine field and over 20 years of experience in healthcare, she is recognized as a perimenopause and menopause specialist who also provides comprehensive support for men’s health and wellness. Her holistic approach combines lifestyle medicine, nutrition, stress management, and hormone balancing to restore vitality and optimize health. As a mom of three who enjoys traveling and outdoor adventures, Dr. Richardson brings both professional expertise and authentic life perspective to every client she serves.

Licensed Esthetician
Kurnita Wallace has 21 years of experience in the aesthetics industry as a massage practitioner, laser technician, and licensed esthetician. She is currently an esthetics instructor sharing her knowledge with future aestheticians. Kurnita is also a published author, with articles featured in both national and international publications, including American Spa, Lipgloss and Aftershave, and Global Integral Beauty magazines.
